What is the Endolift procedure?
Over time, the facial structures change with the appearance of wrinkles and skin laxity. This aging process is linked, among other factors, to the decrease of collagen and elastin present in the skin. To combat this laxity and “firm” the tissues, it is necessary to induce a fibroblast response, which diminishes over time.
WHAT IS ENDOLIFT?
It is a laser treatment designed to combat skin laxity. The procedure is most often performed under local anesthesia (or without anesthesia).
The laser passes beneath the skin (face, neck, or body) through thermal effects to densify the subcutaneous tissues, resulting in skin tightening. This treatment also stimulates the tissues by inducing the production of neocollagen and elastin. That is why the results improve over time (about 3 to 6 months) and last long-term (approximately 3 years).
In short, it is a medical lifting procedure that, of course, cannot achieve the results of a surgical facelift but offers a simple, minimally invasive alternative without social downtime.
